These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between jack777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any natural person who accesses, registers, or uses any service offered on the website located at https://jack777.cam ("the Website").

jack777 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that serves registered players, including players based in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where access to such platforms is not prohibited by local law. By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the User", "Player", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on jack777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (no corporate entities, trusts, or automated systems may register as Players).

• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jack777 or any of its affiliated entities.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country residence.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and may result in forfeiture of balances.

Account registration is subject to satisfactory completion of the registration form on the Website and acceptance of these Terms. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jack777 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your username and password. You must notify jack777 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

KYC Verification: All Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. jack777 may also require KYC verification at any other time at its discretion. Standard verification processing time is 24–48 hours. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, Driver's License, and a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Players are advised to submit clear, unaltered copies of documents only via the secure upload portal within their Account dashboard. jack777 will never request documents via email, WhatsApp, or any other unsecured channel.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform in any manner that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means without the express written consent of jack777;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any databases connected thereto;
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or chain messages via the Platform's communication channels;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence at any time;
• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Exploit technical errors, system glitches, or software vulnerabilities — any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

jack777 reserves the right to monitor all Account activity and to take such action as it deems appropriate in response to any suspected breach of these Terms. Such action may include, without limitation, suspension or permanent termination of the Account and forfeiture of any remaining balance where applicable.

jack777 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/TC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, and BNB).

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. jack777 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. jack777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing funds, which may extend standard processing times.

jack777 offers various Bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification;
• Each promotion specifies a Wagering Requirement (also referred to as "rollover") that must be met before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting applicable requirements, or shared with third parties;
• jack777 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any Bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, system error, or fraudulent activity;
• Players found to be exploiting Bonus offers through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other abusive strategy will have their Bonus entitlements voided and may have their Accounts suspended;
• Bonuses that have been issued in error will be removed from Accounts regardless of whether they have been wagered.

The cryptocurrency deposit bonus (currently up to MYR 688 at2% rate) is subject to the same wagering requirements as standard deposit match bonuses unless its specific promotional terms state otherwise.

All games available on the jack777 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that every outcome is statistically random and free from manipulation. RTP values are published for each slot game available on the Platform to allow Players to make informed decisions.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players from within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders to prompt them to take breaks during extended gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days,90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: A short-term break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days can be applied to an Account at any time without formal self-exclusion application.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jack777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referal to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using the Account of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform for any financial crime;
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent payment method, including stolen card details or misappropriated e-wallet credentials;
• Collusion with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or poker games;
• Using software to automate gameplay, including card-counting software, bots, or other artificial intelligence tools not expressly authorised by jack777;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — all such winings will be voided;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or otherwise reclaim a deposit after it has been used for wagering;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive behaviour, or discriminatory conduct towards Platform staff or other players via any communication channel.

jack777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Player is found to be under21 years of age;
• The Player accesses the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution;
• The Platform is required to do so under applicable licensing conditions.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, jack777 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in whole or in part, subject to applicable laws. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5–10 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jack777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jack777's total cumulative liability to any Player for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jack777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jack777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

All content on the jack777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of jack777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of jack777;
• Frame or embed the Platform within another website or application without authorisation;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Platform's content.

The jack777 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by jack777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this clause limits jack777's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
